Polymers and Polymer of Low Concern (PLC) exemption regulation from the PMPIN Process published

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has issued the DENR Administrative Order for Polymers and Polymer of Low Concern (PLC) Exemption from the PMPIN (Pre-Manufacture and Pre-Importation Notification) Process. With this, certain polymers will be exempt from applying for a PMPIN Compliance Certificate. The Order will take effect 15 days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgment of receipt of a copy thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR).
