Declaration-Synapse will close in January 2023

From 1st January 2023 there will be compulsory to notify hazardous mixtures through the European Poison Centre Notification Portal (PCN) developed by ECHA and not Declaration-Synapse anymore.

In France, The European Poison Centre Notification Portal (PCN) and the application Declaration-Synapse were in place together for some years. Applicants had the choice to manage their declaration on both platforms PCN or Déclaration-Synapse.

From 1st January 2023, the application Declaration-Synapse will be definitively closed. Notification of hazardous mixtures will have to be done only on the  European Poison Centre Notification Portal (PCN) developed by ECHA.

You can find all useful information on the ECHA page: https://poisoncentres.echa.europa.eu/
