Your Personal Point of Contact

For this reason, we offer all our new employees introductory training courses lasting several days and provide you with a contact person within the framework of our mentoring programme - especially for the initial period.

Flexible Working Hours and Models

As a modern employer, it is important that the commitment to ensure compatibility of leisure time, family and work is not just an empty phrase, but a living reality.

At knoell we therefore have no fixed working hours and no core working hours. Depending on your projects and your responsibilities, you are free to organise your working hours as you wish. We also offer you flexible total working time models to suit your current life situation.

Mobile Work

After your probationary period it is also possible to work from home. In this case, you should coordinate this with your team. For mobile working you may of course use your company laptop and other IT equipment.


If you have accumulated overtime on your time recording account, you may of course convert it into free time.

You are completely flexible - whether you want to leave earlier or come in later or convert several hours into entire days off, everything is possible.

Personal Development

It is important to us that you can develop yourself at knoell - both personally and professionally.

To this end we offer you various opportunities for further development, for example at our knoell academy, our very own training centre that also offers online courses. In agreement with your supervisor, we offer you 3 training days per year.
