The clock is ticking for the Korean pre-registration

Do you know that at the beginning of 2019 the Korean authorities have expanded the K-REACh scope for existing substances considerably? All existing chemicals manufactured or imported > 1 t/a must be pre-registered until 30 June 2019.

If not yet done, time is running short!

The Korean Ministry of Environment (MoE) recommends submitting applications for the appointment of a Korean Only Representative (OR) by 14 June 2019. This is in consideration of the length of time for the authority to finally issue the OR certificate, which is said to be seven working days. If you are in need of any support, please contact us!
