Exploring the Boundaries of Modern Chemical Regulation

For nearly 40 years, GlobalChem has maintained prominence within the chemical industry as its premier policy and regulatory conference. Coupled with the GlobalChem Exhibition, this annual gathering of industry professionals offers a valuable opportunity to not only review recent developments in global chemicals management but to also meet and reconnect.

This year, the programme is beeing designed to address topics like boundaries between scientific opinion and chemical policy, the role of new assessment methodologies (particularly non-animal testing) in the future of chemicals management, enhancing transparency and availability of information on chemicals, to name but a few. Workshops, talks and discussions are shaping the schedule. Amongst others, knoell's Senior Regulatory Scientist Kelly Mayo will chair a penal discussion on "Integrated Hazard and Exposure Information in TSCA Risk Evaluation" (Tuesday, 7th April, 2:45 pm).
